[Closed] Continuous Issues with Link/String Translation on My Site

Hi there,

This is irrelevant to the issue but please review the SSL certificate as the site seems to point to Https but the EN version comes up without it causing some errors.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

If possible, please go to Appearance->Themes and update Uncode to the latest version along with the WP Bakery Page builder.

The latest version comes with a few updates.

Typically adding this XML should solve this issue but what it did not during my tests.

Once you update, please do a quick test using the test pages I created, you can simply add a button->set a URL and translate.

Please go to WPML->Settings->Custom XML Configuration tab at the top

Once you add it you can save it and it will take effect.
