I have this form build with Gravity forms:

Original: hidden link
Translated: hidden link

The coupon doesn't work in the translated version.

You can try it yourself with this coupon code: "discount10". You will see the discount is calculated in the first step (in both languages), but when you come to the last step (you can fill any dummy data) the discount code isn't there anymore in the translated version. It does work in the original version.

What could be the problem?

I've checked your form here hidden link and I can't seem to get past step 1 as shown in the attached screenshot.

Could you please list the steps to replicate it and also, share temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

IMPORTANT: Please, note, a backup is required for security reasons, and to avoid any data loss, you can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/plugin for these backup needs.

Your following answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if required. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Could you please use any county in Europe (for example Netherlands) in step 1. You can use any dummy data as address. You should be able to reproduce the issue then.

I will provide access after you have reproduced the issue and it’s still necessary to fix the issue.

So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

I've tested it here hidden link and applied the "discount10" coupon and it worked as shown in the attached screenshot. Did you sort it out yourself?

Hi Kor, thanks for looking into it. The problem is in step 3. If you fill in any dummy details in step 2 you should be able to see the issue in step 3. See attached screenshot for more details.

This looks like a complex setup. Could you please try replicating the issue here on our Sandbox site hidden link so that we could troubleshoot this further? You can install any 3rd party plugins on the Sandbox site if required to replicate the issue.

If you can't replicate it or have no time to do this, could you provide a snapshot of your Website? Or can I have your permission to create a snapshot of your Website?

We usually recommend the free Plugin “Duplicator” for this purpose.

If you already know how Duplicator works ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/),please skip the following steps and just send me the archive file you downloaded.

If the file is too large (more than 400M), please use the Duplicator file filters to remove the cache, the wp-uploads directory, the media, and the archive files.

Send me the link to the archive file (you probably want to use Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar services, as the snapshot file will be quite big).

Your next reply will be private, which means that only you and I will be able to see it and have access to it.

You can paste the link to the file there.

Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site.
