This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client migrated their site from pacificmediaasia.com to pacificmedia.news and was unable to transfer their 97,544 translation credits due to redirection issues and inability to access the old admin.
Solution:
We returned the translation credits to the client's WPML.org account. We recommend following these steps:
1. Log in to your WPML.org account and navigate to the Sites page.
2. If pacificmedia.news is already registered, delete the site key by clicking the trash icon.
3. Log in to pacificmedia.news and go to Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add new >> Commercial tab. If present, click the Unregister WPML from this site link.
4. Click the Register WPML link.
5. Click the Get a key for this site link to generate a new key and assign the credits.
6. Copy the key, paste it into the input box, and press the Register button.
For more detailed instructions, please refer to our documentation on how to assign automatic translation credits to your sites.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Title: Urgent: Move translation credits from old domain to new.

Content: I migrated my site from pacificmediaasia.com to pacificmedia.news. My 97,544 credits are stuck in the old domain. I cannot access the old admin to get a migration code because it redirects to the new domain. Please move these 97,544 credits to my account pool or directly to hidden link.

"pacificmediaasia.com" is not a valid site. It is being just redirected new site "pacificmedia.news". The translation credit is tied with a ghost site.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. It looks like pacificmedia.news site is not registered properly, so I returned the 97,544 assigned credits from hidden link site to your WPML.org account, now please try to follow the below steps:

1. Login to your WPML.org account >> Go to the Sites page: https://wpml.org/account/sites/
2. Delete the existing pacificmedia.news site key by pressing the little trash icon(if it’s already registered).
3. Login to your hidden link site and go to the Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add new > Commercial tab and click the Unregister WPML from this site link if that link exists.
4. Then click the Register WPML link.
5. Click the Get a key for this site link.
6. It will generate the Key for your site and you can also assign the credits using that popup.
7. Copy the key, and paste it back into the input box, and press the Register button.

Here is a doc for more details: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/

Kindly let me know the results,
Thank you
