This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to respond to an open support ticket and is experiencing two issues: a redirection problem on their multilingual site and a critical error when trying to create a new translation.
Solution:
1. We recommend clearing your browser's cache or trying an alternative browser to resolve the issue with responding to the ticket.
2. Update your WPML plugins to the latest version (4.6.11) to address the redirection issue and critical error. You can find the update instructions here. Ensure to backup your database before updating. If updates are not visible, click on the "Check for updates" button in the Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial tab. If the problem persists after updating, try deactivating other plugins that might interfere, such as the Redirection plugin.

If these solutions do not resolve your issues or if they seem outdated or irrelevant to your case, please open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello,

I am not able to add a response to my open ticket: post-15668430

Can you please keep me connected to Audrey who is supporting?

Please note that I am now seeing two distinct issues.

1. hidden link (the Korean version of the page) redirects to hidden link (the English version of the page) even though there is no redirect in place.

2. When I delete the KO page and attempted to create a fresh new KO translation from the English page, I see a critical error and cannot go forward.

Please allow me to respond to the existing open ticket. I'd like this information also included.

It's concerning that you're unable to respond to your other support tickets. You should be able to provide a response. I suggest clearing your browser's cache or trying an alternative browser. If the issue persists, please provide some screenshots of the problem.

1. I noticed that you're still using outdated WPML plugins. You need to update your WPML plugin to the latest version 4.6.11 and add-ons to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements. You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/. If you do not see the updates, you might need to click on the "Check for updates" button in the Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial tab. If the problem persists, you need to check by deactivating other plugins, for example the Redirection plugin.

Thanks for this info.

I am asking my developer to update the plugin because I do not see any options on the WordPress admin to update plugins.

Please give us a little time, and I'll let you know once the plugin is updated.

Sure. You can also try navigating to the Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial tab and clicking the "Check for updates" button to update plugins afterward. If the button is not there, you will need to register WPML on this page, and updates will then be available.
