[Closed] Custom field value not showing in translations or is not updated for translation

Background of the issue:
I am trying to add or update a translation of a custom field, but the field is not showing up or the updated value isn't showing. You can see the issue on this page: hidden link.

The field is not showing up in the translation editor, or it is showing up with the old value.
