Hi,

I just realized that throughout this thread, I did not ask you the following basic question: When migrating from Polylang to WPML, have you followed our guide here https://wpml.org/documentation/migrate-polylang-wpml/?
I know that the Migrate Polylang to WPML plugin is installed on your site. But I also want to know whether you followed the guide.

In any case, our second-tier supporter had trouble installing the package of your site on his local environment. So he suggests another approach to investigating this issue, which will enable us to see in more detail if something goes wrong in the migration process from Polylang to WPML.
We want ot ask you if you have a backup of your site right before (or close to) you started the migration process from Polylang to WPML?
If you do have it, can you send us a package of the site in this state?
Or, preferably, can you share access to a staging site before migrating to WPML?

I'm enabling a private message for the following reply, so you could share with us the site's package or access to a staging site before migrating to WPML.

Regards,
Itamar.
