Tell us what you are trying to do? I’ve tried to Go to WPML > Settings > Posts and Pages synchronization > and checked the box "When deleting a post, delete translations as well" (and saved of course). Still, the problem persists. The files are only deleted from the Media Library, not from the server. Can you please help me with this? What is the link to your site? |

Hello The physical file will remain undeleted until the last reference to it is also deleted. I just tested this on my local site and this is the way the plugin is behaving. So please make sure that the media library in all languages has this record removed. |

Hi, When I try to permanently delete something from the media library, it remains in the folder on the server. Even if it's deleted from both languages, it's still on the server. Also, I have this activated under WPML settings: "When deleting a post, delete translations as well". |

Hmmm. 1. Diagnostic. Please try the following. - Then upload a new image - Is the physical file still present? If so, then please do the same test but this time with WPML CMS deactivated. Thanks for your help in doing these tests. |
