[Resolved] Design changes when switching language to englisg (main is swedish)

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps or if I can help with the issue quickly.

It looks like the translated page does not have the same "Full Width" style as the page in the original language.

This could be caused by a post meta value (a custom field value) that's not copied to the translated page.

To troubleshoot what is happening here, please follow these steps:

1. Go to WPML → Settings → Custom Fields Translation
2. Enable this option: Show "Multilingual Content Setup" meta box on post edit screen and hit the "Save" button.
3. Edit the homepage in the original language and scroll all the way down on the edit screen.
4. Take a screenshot of the Multilingual Content Setup section. Please check the attached screenshot for reference.
5. Upload the screenshot to your next reply.

I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
