I'm using https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-sticky-sidebar/ for sticky cta and floating buttons but when i tryed to translate it with wpml i cant duplicate it or translate buttons , i tryed to scan it and reviewed wpml setting to allow duplicating this post type but i didnt found it
before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.
Once you register them, you can translate the texts on WPML String Translation. I checked the source code of this plugin, and it uses getText() calls, so it seems correctly prepared for multilingual use.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

this plugin is not sadly not handling the searched content as strings. It uses an integrated option page, which is defined here: hidden link.
Therefore, there are no strings to translate nor the possibility to activate the translation of a regular custom post type, which would add the WPML translation interface buttons, like on "pages" or "posts.
You highly recommend you get in touch with the authors and invite them to join our WPML Go-Global program, where our devs can help them to make their plugin multilingual.
An alternative could be the plugin "Sticky Side Buttons". This plugin is not yet certified with WPML, but all links, labels and buttons can be translated via WPML String Translation. Many clients have asked in our forum already about it. It could work without issues. You should check it out and test if it fits your needs.
