[Resolved] Editor permission to WordPress dashboard doesn't give permission to WMPL plugin.

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client with 'editor' permissions is unable to access the WPML plugin and can only view pages in English, not in French.
Solution:
We recommend checking if the user with the 'editor' role is assigned as a translator for the French language. This can be done by navigating to WPML → Translation Management → Translators. Here, you can define the language pairs for the user. For more detailed instructions, please refer to our documentation: How to set up local translators and language pairs.

Please note that the solution provided might not be applicable if it's outdated or not relevant to your specific case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello,

I've granted my colleague "editor" permissions on the WordPress dashboard to assist with editing the website and other tasks. However, it appears that this setup isn't working as intended. He's unable to access the WPML plugin from his WordPress dashboard. Furthermore, he can only view English pages and not French pages. Could you please assist in resolving these issues?

Please note that users with the editor role may not have access to all WPML features. However, you can check if the user with the editor role is assigned as a translator for the French language by visiting WPML → Translation Management → Translators. Here, you can define the language pairs for the user.
