Dear support,

I've translated my website from English into Dutch and Spanish, but the elementor heading titles do not show up in the Advanced Editor or in string translation. I did change them by editing each translation via Elementor but that has disappeared again.

Can you please advise how to solve this?

Hi there,

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

I ran a quick test on my testing site, and the Heading widget shows in the translation editor as expected (screenshot attached).

Could you please try creating a new page and add the heading widget in it and check if it appears in the translation editor?

If it appears as expected, you can delete that widget from the affected page and re-add it.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi Ahmed,

I've done what you suggested but without luck I'm afraid.
On the new page I've added the heading but I can't find it in the translater, also not when typing in the words of the heading.

Hi Ahmed,

So I've done some more testing and I see that the title page (example: Test) and text editor texts (example: test) show in the Advanced Text Editor, but the basic "heading" element in Elementor doesn't show. Not when putting it in H4, H3 or H2 as per the screenshot attached (Example: Add Your Heading Text Here H4/H3/H2).

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting us. I will try my best to assist you in this matter.

Kindly be informed that the heading widget is appearing fine in my development environment. As this is not happening on your end only, maybe there is something on your site blocking it. Would you kindly check by disabling the other plugins except for WPML(including addons) and Elementor plugin?

If that solves the issue, then start activating the plugins one by one and continue to check the issue after enabling each plugin. In this way, you'll be able to detect if any plugin is responsible for the issue or not.

Please let me know the update. I will be happy to assist you if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best Regards,
Prosenjit

My issue is resolved now as I've started translating the pages using Elementor on the frontend instead of via the Advanced Text Editor. Thank you!
