Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where all transactional emails, such as Selfie Verification and registration emails, are being sent in English, despite the user's language settings.
Solution:
If you're facing a similar issue where emails are not sent in the user's selected language, we recommend using two specific hooks provided by WPML. These hooks allow you to switch the email language to the user's preferred language and then restore it back:
