Background of the issue:
I am trying to enable the site after pushing from a staging site. The site domain change detection shows inaccurate information, preventing the copy/share of credits. The issue can be seen at hidden link.
Symptoms:
The site domain change detection shows inaccurate information, taking me to the Translation Management page instead of providing the migration code. The message displayed is: 'WPML detected a new address for this site. Looks like this site was previously at hidden link and now it’s at hidden link. Do you still have the same site running at hidden link?'
Questions:
Why is the site domain change detection showing inaccurate information?
How can I obtain the correct migration code?

Based on the screenshot you shared, please click on "no" on the first prompt and then, on the second prompt, click on the second option.
Once you've done that, you should be able to use the translation management again. Then, connect the production site with the staging site using this method https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-subscription-for-multiple-sites/ .
