there is something else, when I am in the english language the 3 products are shown in the german language, this was not the case before (see screenshot). What could cause that?

I'm sorry about that. I forgot to activate the "WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency" plugin during the troubleshooting process. It should display correctly now. Could you please verify? If you notice any other issues related to WPML, please let me know.
