This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client needed to use the 'Setting Which Currency to Receive Payments In' option with the RedSys and Tropipay payment gateways, but found that these gateways do not support this option.
Solution:
We informed the client that the payment methods they are trying to use are indeed not supported for the 'Setting Which Currency to Receive Payments In' option. We recommended checking our Recommended Plugins list for compatible payment gateway plugins. Additionally, we provided a link to our documentation on multi-currency support in WooCommerce for further guidance.
