This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client wants to export content from WPML to translate it in bulk externally and then import the translated content back into WPML.
Solution:
We recommend exporting content using CSV format, which is compatible with various import/export solutions. For detailed steps and options, please refer to the following documentation:

Alternatively, you can export XLIFF files for translation, which can be edited with CAT Tools. To manually download XLIFF files, follow the instructions here:
Configuring XLIFF file options and manually downloading XLIFF files.
For editing XLIFF files on Windows, you may use:
Poedit.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
Instead of translating page by page, I would like to export into a doc and translate it external in bulk then once im done, I would like to import that file that contents the translated version back to WPML in wordpress. How can I do that? I am unable to find such documentation.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Cant find

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi,

There are several ways to export content, but the most common is CSV, which can be used in several import/export solutions. It's uncommon to translate via Docs. You can find several solutions listed here:

https://wpml.org/plugin-functionality/import-export/
https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/export-multilingual-websites-using-wp-all-export-wpml/
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-export-and-import/

Another possibility is to export specific files for translation called "XLIFF" files, which can be opened locally with special translation software (CAT Tools): https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-desktop-cat-tools/configuring-xliff-file-options/#manually-downloading-xliff-files / https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-desktop-cat-tools/.

A possible editor for Windows, for example, is hidden link.

Best Regards
Marcel
