After looking into the issue further I see you have some extra Directories in both English and Spanish Directory Builder at Directory Listing -> Directory Builder
Please delete all Spanish Directories from English Directory Builder at: hidden link
And Delete all English Directories from Spanish Directory Builder at: hidden link
And that should fix the issue. IMPORTANT: Make sure to backup the site first just in case you delete wrong data.
Also, for the Search form placeholder "What are you looking for?" translation it seems to be an incompatibility issue of the plugin with WPML as this can be replicated in a clean site, since the plugin compatibility is managed by the plugin provider them self please contact the Plugin developers and see if they can fix this issue.

that is showing same which you will click above search icon you will get idea here is also these directory builders are showing once only issue is in these 4 directory builder own pages
Yes indeed this does not seems to be the issue. It looks like the Main and Translated directories are shown both in the backed at Directory Listing -> Directory Builder and the fronted regardless of what language is chosen by the user.
I tried testing this issue in the sandbox site hidden link
However it looks like the issue is only on your site and cannot be replicated, so most probably the issue is due to interference from third party plugin or theme in your site. To verify that can you please run the following test:
- Backup your dev/test site completely first to prevent any data loss or issues or better if you can setup a new clone test site only to test this.
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML , WPML String Translation and your plugins Directorist , Directorist - WPML Integration.
- Activate a Default theme like twenty twenty one. Then see if the issue is still there or not.
- If not, activate original plugins and theme one at a time, each time testing the issue to see which one starts the issue again.
