in order for filters and archive pages to work correctly, you need to translate the products and categories, it will not work with mode Display as translated for Products, since those products and related taxonomies do not exist in 2nd language, in your case TH language.
Previously, website page hidden link filtering in 2nd language is show. Just suddenly the filtering is disappear. For your information this website already translate to 2nd language for category and product.
1) as said I do not see products translated, please go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multignual > Products and make sure the pencil icon is showing there and not plus icon, please share image with me.
Make sure categories are translated.
2) How did you add that filter in default language?
3) Since you are using older versions please update WPML plugins.
Go to Plugins → Add New page, click the Commercial tab, and then click Check for updates.
1) For your information total product is 197, only have 8 product is not yet translate but the rest is already translated with icon pencil (Please refer file 1.jpg)
2) For default just use default from theme and builder using elementor (Please refer file 2.jpg)
3) All plugin related with WPML is already latest version, (Please refer file 3.jpg)
The filtering in 2nd language just suddenly missing, its not because we not yet translate category and product. Maybe cause by version is old like you said, but after update the result is still same.
Thanks for getting back to us and sharing additional information.
Let me have a look.
Please make a full backup of your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply.
If possible please provide access to the staging website, not production.
I suggest you create a new user, set it as an administrator and then add those credentials in the private fields mentioned.
You can safely add your information into these fields.
I have checked and I can see you are using YITH plugin for this. Can you explain how are you adding this to the default language page? Do you add YITH shortcode to some pages or options?
Is it possible to disable all plugins and switch themes on the provided website or maybe you have a staging site?
1) Please share how you are adding this filter to the frontend to the default language? Via some options, shortcode or?
2) Please try to create a staging site so we can check or check if the issue still happens when only WPML plugins and Woocomerce and YITH filter are enabled, all others disabled while using WP default theme.
I do not think it is caused by that, as per what I suspect it is probably something wrong with configuration or setup, but I can not test without knowing how it is created and before testing with minimal plugins and default WP theme. Since the theme you are using is not officially compatible and some issues may happen, please check with only the WP default theme and WPML plugins, YITH and Wocommerce.
Also, let us know about staging / package so we can proceed further in this case.
Regards,
Drazen
