[Resolved] Formatting tags are disturbing translatting and it is not possible to click and see the reviews

Background of the issue:
We are developing a site and find it very difficult to work with your translator. The formatting tags really don't allow us to translate the pages into another language. It is not possible to click and see the reviews and more. We need help with the plugin's settings and the problems we have with working with it so that we know if it is possible to continue working with your plugin or if another plugin is suitable for our site. We urgently need help because we are not uploading the site due to the difficulties with WPML.

Symptoms:
