Forms “Please Select” dropdown is not translating to Chinese. Client has given some examples and they couldn’t find a way to translate it. Can you explain how to do that?

Hi there,
Thanks for contacting WPML support.

I see that the form is created with Contact Form 7, please make sure that you're following our guide to translate it https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/using-contact-form-7-with-wpml/

Regarding the dropdown option, please edit the form translation with the advanced translation editor then use the search box at the top-left to find it.
