Background of the issue:
During registration on the site hidden link, there is a mandatory 'Gender' field. This information should be displayed in the 'My Networking - Profile - Edit' tab.

Symptoms:
The 'Gender' field only appears on the English version of the site and not on the Ukrainian or Russian versions.

Questions:
What could be the problem with the 'Gender' field not displaying on the Ukrainian and Russian versions of the site?

We are not sure which plugin adds the gender field, it is either WPLMS or VibeBP.

I activate the private message for sure. Weirdly, you were unable to see it.

I don't read Russian or Ukrainian. So, it is hard for me to understand the problem.

Is the problem that the Gender field is not shown when a user edits the profile in Russian or Ukrainian? Please see the attached screenshot.

Yes, the problem is that everyone specifies their gender during registration as it is a mandatory field. However, they can only view and change their selected gender on the English version of the site. For some reason, the gender options are not being translated into Russian and Ukrainian and, therefore, are not displayed.

Hi,

We must replicate this issue on a fresh WordPress installation. Then, I'll be able to escalate it to our compatibility team. For this, I created a test website with a clean WordPress install. You can access it through this link:

With this link, you'll be directly logged in.

Could you please install the plugin that includes the gender field and see if the issue is replicable on a clean WordPress installation?

I've configured WPML to have English as the default language and French as the second language. This is just for testing purposes.

Please also ensure you install the latest version of the plugin.

Please let us know when everything is finished, and you can replicate the problem.

Important! Do not import your site to the test site. We must replicate the problem on a fresh, clean WordPress installation.

Our gender settings are managed by WPLMS and BuddyPress, so we're not quite sure why we need to implement what you suggested. Could you please explain further?

The BuddyPress plugin is officially compatible with WPML. Please see our guide at the following link. Please note three known issues.

I'm unsure, but maybe you are facing the following known issue.

WPLMS is also officially compatible, but only the core plugin. You can see it here.

Please note that this plugin has a WPML integration that is handled by the author. Should you be experiencing any issues, please report them to WPLMS support.

It might be a new issue we are not aware of yet. This is why I asked you to replicate the problem on a test site so I can escalate it to our compatibility team. This is our procedure in such cases. The test site I shared with you expired. Here is a link to a new test site.
