Yes, some things working fine but many text remained in English
1) Check screenshot many text showing in English.(ss1, ss2, ss5)
2) Greek product edit page all these things not editable. (ss6)
3) Home page in Greek not working? (ss3)
4) Footer does not appear when you change to Greek.
5) Header menu is still in English when you go to Greek.(ss4)
6) All the pages in English website should also come in the Greek language also.

Please search for these strings and translate them via WPML-> String Translation. If you didn't find them, please try the following steps:
1- Go to WPML-> Theme and plugins localization, select your theme/plugin, and scan
2- Go to WPML-> String Translation
3- Scroll down and click on the "Translate texts in admin screens »" link
4- Search for the needed strings
5- Select the strings
6- Click on the "Add to String Translation" button
7- Then click on the "« Return to String Translation" link
8- Translate the strings, clear the cache, and check the front end

You can bulk edit the English products by the following steps:
1- Go to Products-> All Products
2- Select the products
3- Bulk edit them
4- Click update without any changes
