Header images can't display after translation

wenjunw	Hello I am trying to translate all the pages and posts. But the header images can't display after translate. I want to do as this recording: Solution: enabling "Mega Menu" on the "Parent Menu Item" as shown in this screen recording hidden link But can't find the "Mega Menu" on the "Parent Menu Item", and have selected the widget area on "Legacy Mega Menu Widget Area".
