Hi,

before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

First of all, I have to check your site and I cannot understand what page should I check, because I cannot see any wpml flag. May I ask you to share exactly the URL you are having the issue?

Also, I can see that you are using Elementor Pro and you added the Language Swither to the header in a template?

Please give exactly the details of your implementation.
