Problem:
The client needed to know how to translate a custom post type with WPML.
Solution:
We recommended ensuring that the custom post type is set to "Translatable" in the WPML settings. This can be done by navigating to WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation section and setting the Post type to "Translatable". After this, the client can translate the custom post by clicking the + sign or through WPML > Translation Management.
