[Closed] How can I refresh translation of woocomerce product page , and checkout fields

Background of the issue:
I am trying to refresh the translation of WooCommerce product pages and checkout fields on my site hidden link. For some reason, all WooCommerce text is not translated to French out of the box, like 'add to cart', 'apply coupon', and so on.

Symptoms:
WooCommerce text is not translated to French automatically.

Questions:
How can I trigger the site to refresh translation for WooCommerce so that I don't have to translate everything?

Thank you for reaching out to WPML support. I'd be glad to assist you with this issue.

Could you please follow the steps below and let me know if they resolve the problem:

1. Navigate to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting and click the button labeled "Show custom MO Files Pre-generation dialog box." This will open a popup. In the popup, click "Generate MO files."

2. Go to WPML -> Themes and Plugin Localizations and scan the WooCommerce plugin.

Hello

Thanks a lot for your response.

I followed the above steps and it generated lots of texts/strings for WooCommerce to be translated.

Given the above result, how can I load the out of the box translations that come with WooCommerce?

I only see in green the 12 translations I did just to be able to go live with the site, however; everything else is still not translated.

Hello there,

The following steps should help.
1. Navigate to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting and click the button labeled "Show custom MO Files Pre-generation dialog box." This will open a popup. In the popup, click "Generate MO files."

Also, even if it doesn't show on backend woocommerce I suggest checking on front-end to see if it's working properly.

Further, are you using the latest version of the plugins? To help you further on this issue, I would need further information, so could you please go to WPML > Support > Debug Information and give me the information in the next reply.
