This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are developing a real estate agency website using the Easy Property Listings plugin and want to translate property listings without using POEdit. You have enabled the automatic translation feature but are unable to translate the property content.
Solution:
First, navigate to WPML -> Settings -> Post Types Translation. Here, ensure that all post types related to the Easy Property Listings plugin are set to 'Translatable' instead of 'Not Translatable'. This adjustment will allow you to translate the properties content directly using WPML. For detailed guidance, please refer to our documentation on translating custom posts: Translating Custom Posts.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also advise checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am currently developing a real estate agency website that is using the plugin Easy Property Listings to add the properties, as much for sale as rentals. I have enabled the automatic translation feature for the whole website.

Symptoms:
I want to translate the properties content with WPML without having to use POEdit.

Questions:
How can I translate the properties content with WPML?
Can I use the automatic translation feature for translating properties content?

Hi,

We need to replicate this issue on a fresh WordPress installation. Then, I'll be able to escalate it to our compatibility team. For this, I created a test website with a clean WordPress install. You can access it through this link:

With this link, you'll be directly logged in.

Could you please install the Easy Property Listings plugin and see if the issue is replicable on a clean WordPress installation?

Please configure WPML and WooCommerce as set on your site (just the basic configurations needed to replicate the issue are enough).

Please also ensure you install the latest version of the plugin.
Please let us know when everything is finished, and you can replicate the problem.

Important! Do not import your site to the test site. We must replicate the problem on a fresh, clean WordPress installation.

Thanks,
Itamar.

Hi!

I have just installed the plugin and activated the Property (for sale) and Rental (for rental) options.

Please let me know if you need me to do anything else. This plugin automatically creates a few examples of properties, so I understand you can do tests with these.

Thank you!
Gladys

Thanks, Gladys, for installing the plugins on the test site.

However, I need further help from you to replicate the issue. The Property and Rental sections are empty. Plus, I'm unfamiliar with the Easy Property Listings plugin.

Please replicate the issue and tell me exactly where to see it.

Thanks,
Itamar.

Hi Itamar, sorry for my late reply. I have just uploaded Divi Real Estate child theme, as in my development website, and have imported a demo of Easy Property Listings. You will now view on the website a menu with fake properties setup exactly as the ones I have created on my development website. You can view the properties going to the Property and Rentals sections in the menu located on WordPress left-hand side menu. As you will see, these properties do not feature the regular WPML flag columns available on the regular WordPress pages. Nor can I see where the texts included in these property listings are available for translation, in order to connect them to the automated translation option available on WPML. Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi,

In WPML -> Settings -> Post Types Translation, all the post types of the involved plugin are set to Not Translatable. Please see the attached screenshot. You should set them to Translatable. This should solve the problem you are facing. Please read the related guide.

Itamar.
