This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues where the call to action button text reverts back to English after saving the page post adding page-level CSS in Spectra Editor, even though it was initially translated correctly.
Solution:
We recommend following these steps:
1. Open the default language page in Edit mode.
2. Make a small change, such as adding a '+' sign in the page title.
3. Update the page by pressing the “Update” button.
4. Remove the small change made in step 2.
5. Update the page again.
6. Open the translated page in WPML Translation Editor and ensure the translation is 100% complete, then press the complete button.
This should maintain the correct translation on the frontend.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
Hi

I am now converting content to Spectra Editor

I am having an issue with the call to action buttons

After I translated its is all okay see before... I then edit the page to add some page level css for spectra, but when I save the button text has lost the translation and reverts back to Englsh...

When I check strings I see multiple strings, DO I need to translate all of these again

Symptoms:
After translating, the call to action button text reverts back to English when I save the page after adding page-level CSS for Spectra.

Questions:
Do I need to translate all the multiple strings I see again?

2. Made a small change, for example, added a + sign in page title.
3. Updated the page by pressing the “Update” button.
4. Removed that small change that did in step #2.
5. Updated the page again.
6. Opened the German translated page in WPML Translation Editor and made sure the translation is 100% complete and pressed the complete button.

And the button shows the correct translation at frontend as you can see in the attached screenshot. Could you please check and confirm?

Thank you

Glad to hear the call to action buttons translation issue is solved now. For the Spectra FAQ section translations problem, it’s a different issue and will be handled separately as per our support policy. I've created a new ticket for this at: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/spectra-faq-section-is-not-being-translated/

If the buttons translation issue is solved, please mark this ticket as resolved and we will continue working on the above ticket for it.

Thank you for your cooperation
