please note, if you have been charged for translation but not seeing them, that means they are translated, just not delivered to your website and we will check way.
Also, I see from your account you have used a total of 220k credits, which means you purchased 40k (50$), apart from the 180k received with an agency license.
Anyway, I will be glad to help, but as said let's stick to 1 issue per ticket, in this case, issue with product translation.
1) In order to expedite handling your support requests, can you please share WPML support debug information from your site.
- To give debug information, login to your site and go to WPML → Support. From there click on the “debug information” link at the bottom of the page.
- Once on the “debug information” page, select the entire content of the text box and copy it.
- Now go back to our support forum, find debug information box and paste it.
2) Please share the URL to 1 example product that has an issue, and share an image or video of the backend where I can see the status of this product ( in progress, translated, needs review, etc).
As I said, we will be glad to help, but need to take 1 issue at time. Also I haven't ask you to buy new credits, if you paid for some translation then they are probably stuck and we will make sure to help and solve the issue.

As for the product issue, let's stay in this ticket, please try to explain a bit more what is the issue with your product, and if you have translated it, for example URL of your product with the issue and etc.
