This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client has assigned 6000 credits to the LiveTallerNow website, which is a subsite in a Multisite network, but only 800 credits are showing in WordPress. The client is concerned about how changing the site key to register LiveTallerNow instead of the primary site, IstanbulEuropeanClinic, might affect the translations and functionality of the primary site.
Solution:
First, we recommend visiting https://wpml.org/account/manage-credits/ to ensure the credits are properly assigned to your site. If the credits still do not reflect correctly, you should delete the current site key at https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and generate a new one. After creating the new key, follow these steps:
1. Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin.
2. Click on the Commercial tab.
3. Remove the existing key and add the new one.
Additionally, if you are using a multisite setup, it's important to note that credits are shared across all sites in the network. Individual assignment of credits to each site is not possible as the site key applies to the entire network. For more details, visit https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-subscription-for-multiple-sites/.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML support. Before your ticket is assigned to a supporter, I’d like to share a few steps that may help resolve your issue.

Please visit the following page and assign the credits to your site:
https://wpml.org/account/manage-credits/

If the credits are still not reflected, I recommend deleting the current site key from here: https://wpml.org/account/sites/
Then generate a new site key. After creating the new key, follow these steps:

1. Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin.
2. Click on the Commercial tab.
3. Remove the existing key and add the new one.

Please let us know if this resolves the issue or if you need any further assistance.

Thanks!

To give extra context, LiveTallerNow website is a subsite in a Multisite network. currently WPML is registered with IstanbulEuropeanClinic website key (refer to screenshot). key: bd8b3991af

It seems I can only register a single key in the Multisite Network. If i want to do like you suggested use LiveTallerNow register key i need to unregister the current key and use a new key linked to LiveTallerNow website.

How will this effect IstanbulEuropeanClinic Website as it the primary site for the network and it has many translated pages currently?

Hello,

If you are using a multisite setup, you can share credits across all sites as described here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-subscription-for-multiple-sites/

Please note that it is not possible to assign credits individually to each site, as the site key applies to the entire network.

Alternatively, you can let me know which sites should receive credits and the amount for each, and I’ll be happy to allocate them for you.

I look forward to your reply.

Thank you.
