Hi,

We need to replicate this issue on a fresh WordPress installation. Then, we'll be able to escalate it to our compatibility team. For this, I created a test website with a clean WordPress install. You can access it through this link:

hidden link

With this link, you'll be directly logged in.

Please install the TotalDesk plugin (hidden link) and see if the issue is replicable on a clean WordPress installation.

Please configure WPML and WooCommerce (if needed) as set on your site (just the basic configurations needed to replicate the issue are enough).

Please also ensure you install the latest version of the plugin.

When everything is finished, and you can replicate the problem, please let us know and explain the steps to see the problem.

Thanks,
Itamar.

Go to WPML > Settings > Post Type Translation and set "Tickets" to "Translatable
only show translated items".

You are now able to translate tickets.

The comments are showing up by default in both languages.

We do not have any internal reports about the plugin and it appears that there are very few WPML users using it.

We further have not been able to test the plugin:
https://wpml.org/plugin/?wpv_view_count=120064&wpv-plugin-functionality=0&wpv_post_search=TotalDesk&wpv-wpcf-recommendation-flag=&wpv_filter_submit=Search

I would suggest you report this issue to WeLaunch.

I can see in the changelog of their plugin that they implement WPML compatibility code and they should have a look into this issue.

If the author needs our cooperation in making their plugin 100% compatible with WPML, then they can join our Go Global Program:
