This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing issues with translating a WooCommerce composite product into Italian using WPML. The translation process was not functioning correctly, sometimes affecting the default English product as well. Specifically, when scenarios were added to composite products, the component dropdown options were not displaying correctly in the Italian version, though they worked fine in English.

Solution:
We advised the client to ensure that all plugins were up to date and to use the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) for translating products. It was important to translate using ATE rather than the WordPress Editor to avoid issues with saving changes and to ensure the translation process was handled correctly by WPML. We also suggested translating the products step-by-step using ATE and checking if the issue persisted. If problems continued, we recommended deactivating the WPML plugins temporarily to verify if the issue was indeed related to WPML or if it was an issue with the WooCommerce Composite Products plugin.

Hello Osama,

Thanks for the update.
As I checked the other product and I'm getting issue while saving Italian product.
When I'm saving the scenarios and coming back then those selected scenarios was don't saved. I don't know why. You can check the video which I shared video link is below.

Please edit the components and select the Italian product. Then, please edit the scenarios and check if they will work correctly.

Hello osama,

Yes but first I have created the English language product and then I have translate that product. So every time I need to selected that component for Italian language. Why it can't taking and selecting automatically?

Suppose I have thousand of products in woocommerce. So it will difficult to go and select Italian product every time. Could you please check on that and let me know.

Also I'm checking on other products. I will get back to you soon.

Hi Osama,

The support team create the fresh WordPress site with Woocommerce and WPML plugin only. In the sandbox site product setup is not there as our site. Because support team is created that and also they don't have the woocommerce composite product plugin because we purchased it from woocommerce. Is not possible to install it without buying another license. Can WPML buy it?

Staging site :- We had created the copy of our live site and give it to the support team.

Accessing it you can see also the Composite product and get all the interactions and (mis)behaviour of WPML plugin.

If you are not to buy the Composite plugin to add it into SandBox, the quickest and easiest way it to access our Stafging site and fix it from it.

Hi Osama,

It's about 2 weeks we have ping-pong emails without even seen the problem, while accessing our staging site you would be able to see the bug immediately.

Please note we can't launch the website because WPML bug and we are losing money.

Please speed up in tackling the issue and, if you are off, involve your deputy to continue working on it.
