This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was experiencing issues with translating a WooCommerce composite product into Italian using WPML. The translation process was not functioning correctly, sometimes affecting the default English product as well. Specifically, when scenarios were added to composite products, the component dropdown options were not displaying correctly in the Italian version, though they worked fine in English.
Solution: We advised the client to ensure that all plugins were up to date and to use the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) for translating products. It was important to translate using ATE rather than the WordPress Editor to avoid issues with saving changes and to ensure the translation process was handled correctly by WPML. We also suggested translating the products step-by-step using ATE and checking if the issue persisted. If problems continued, we recommended deactivating the WPML plugins temporarily to verify if the issue was indeed related to WPML or if it was an issue with the WooCommerce Composite Products plugin.

After the video I activated the Pay-as-You-Go, but getting similar issue about base 64. And the suggested link from WPML carry to a page not found (error 404).

There is 1 translation in queue...that seems to be not fixing (it is an Header).
I got the same error about decode64. See below the copied text:

And 381 translation waiting for review...and it seems to me that I should go into this and 1 by 1 review them....Is it correct?

Hi Carlos, we followed all your suggestions but unfortunately issue is still there.
I have checked 'Angular Potentiometer SRH301-SRH302' product. Unfortunately still issue is there.
I have created video for live site and showed the steps how we translate the product and how we adding the scenarios in the product.
Additionally, I set up the same user access on the live site for WPML support. which is made at the staging site.
So could you please check it and add reply to ticket for live site?

I'm getting tired with this problem...I'm loosing money because I can't be alive with my website because of this bug.
I'm very candid, the renewal is 31st of Janaury 2025. If not fixed I will cancel the account and run the website only in English.
I watched the video, but I don't see where you updated the Italian translation. Could you share another video but this time with audio (so I can better understand everything you are pointing) and include the step to update the Italian product using the Translation Editor?

As I mention in the video If I create scenarios in the product some how options are changed in the English version. And scenarios are not working.
Example :- If I create scenarios in English version and do the translate then Its need to automatically appear in the Italian version as well. Check with that flow and let me know.

Thank you for sharing the video with the audio.
I understand that you are facing a problem with adding the scenarios in the English product, which is the product in the default language where WPML makes no changes. So the problem with the English product can't be solved by our support service, in this case, you will need to contact the composite products support service and ask them to check on their side why it is not working with the product in English.
Also, every time you make a change in the content (posts, pages, products, etc) you need to update the translation so the changes take effect. If the product in Italian (secondary language) doesn't get the changes correctly, then we must take a look (from the WPML perspective).
FYI :-
Since I faced this issue, firstly I contacted with the Woocommerce support team, Before I arrived here.
They verified the issue by them self and issues is not from there side. as per them.
When I did the testing. It worked when I deactivated the WPML plugins and created the scenarios.
Also you are saying that issues is coming from the composite products side, So live and staging site is same then why its working on the staging site & not in live site?
Also I follow steps in live which you provided then also it's not working on live..
Also I translated all the products with auto translate way as per your suggestion
So could you please check it from your side and let me know.
