Copy – This option copies the field value from the default language into the secondary language(s), keeping your custom field value in sync across all languages.
So for don't translate it will make my content absent ? means if I select don't translate it will stick to the original languages or make the field absent ?
If in case it will stick to the original languages, what is the different between Don’t translate and Copy ?

"Do not translate" means that unless you are first duplicating the content and using the native editor, chances are the field will be totally ignored. It all depends how you translate the content but you could say it's basically a "do not send to translated pages" option and i doubt that's something you want. they are like that by default because it means they don't have any configuration yet.
The difference between "do not translate" and "copy" is that copy will basically keep the field present in the translations (while "do not translate" will not) and also keep it in sync with the value of the original page.

Your choice of translation preference is determined by how you wish the contents to appear in other languages. If you prefer the content in the custom field to be the same across all languages, you should select the "Copy" option. On the other hand, if you intend to view the content in its translated form, then setting it to "Translate" would be appropriate. In cases where you're handling the translations manually, opting for "Copy-once" is advisable; it will replicate the content to the other language without maintaining continuous synchronization like the "Copy" setting.
