[Resolved] i need to send a new payment link to my client their license ran out.

It seemed you got disconnected from the chat.

I've further checked and found out who the account owner is associated with: hidden link.

Their subscription has expired on November 15, 2025.
Please tell them to log into their WPML.org account.
There, they should see an option to pay for the renewal.
If they have problems renewing the account, please tell them to contact us at hello@wpml.org.
