Would you please update WPML and WPML add-ons to the latest version?
- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.

After that, if you still get another email regarding an issue with WPML please make sure you enable the debug mode in WordPress so you can share with us the error under the hood for further investigation:
Aaccess your website files and edit the "wp-config.php" file on the root folder of your WordPress installation and add the code below into the file:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true );
Please add the code above the line below:

Firstly, I updated the WPML plugin as requested, but that didn't fix my problem and I still got an email. As of 5 minutes ago, I made the changes in the wp-config file. I will wait and see if I get another email.

Thanks, would you please go to your website files now and find this file:
wp-content/debug.log
The error under the hood should show there, please share the information there with us.
I can also do that for you by installing the WP File Manager plugin, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.

I couldn't find the exact file that you are requesting but I found this :

I do also have a .zip file from the php-error.log file

Hi there,
Thank you for the information. Majority of the errors listed there is from a plugin called: streamweasels-kick-integration-paid
For that errors please contact the plugin developer.
The last two ones has this error:
PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 15 seconds exceeded in
Please contact your hosting service provider and ask them to increase the PHP execution time to 300 seconds.
Currently it is set to 15 seconds which is too low.
