Background of the issue:
I set the translation to 100% and saved it, but it is at 84%. I am trying to make everything 100% complete and translate it into English. I have tried clearing the cache, deleting ghost entries, fixing collation order in element_type and WPML tables, fixing the 'tp_id' field in WPML translation jobs, and synchronization. I even tried to translate from the beginning by clicking on 'Decline' from the translation page, but the data remained intact. The issue can be seen at: hidden link
