You cannot add prepaid credits to sites that already use pay-as-you-go.

You will need to cancel the pay-as-you-go and then you can assign credits to that website via WPML.org account.

1) By disabling pay-as-you-go, you should receive an invoice for the credits spent.

* Note, the invoice is not generated immediately after you disabled pay-as-you-go, please check the documentation in this link for more information regarding invoicing:

Afterward, you can use the credits you have on your WPML.ORG account by assigning them to the website you want as instructed on this link:

2) Yes, if you want/need you can start pay-as-you-go again.
