The error or alert you've come across might be a false positive. Could you please attempt the following steps to see if they resolve the problem?

- Please take a full backup of the site.
- Now go to "WPML > Support > Troubleshooting" page.
- Scroll down and click on the options marked in this screenshot: hidden link

Since a timeout error is showing, you can also check by updating the "max_execution_time" of your site. Please check the link below to understand the process.
