This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is using the WPML plugin and noticed that their balance of automatic translation credits is showing as "0" despite only using 54,333 credits out of the 90,000 credits initially available.
Solution:
We recommended the client to check their Automatic Translation Usage Report by navigating to WPML > Translation Management > Tools > Payment and settings > Automatic Translation Usage Reports. We provided a link to the documentation where they can find more information on how to access past invoices and usage reports: Automatic Translation Invoices.

If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. Hello Team,
I am using WPML plugin few days ago. When I purchase this plugin there is 90,000 credits get for me. I am around 54000 credits to my subdomain. And I working on it. When I check on my balanced credits there will showcase "0" in WPML. In website only use 54333 credits. Then where is go the remaining credits. I want an immediate response for this. I want to change lots of content using this. Kindly check and update
