Hi,

The SFTP username is incorrect, "long-" should be in lowercase. Can you please recheck this?

Also, please update plugins on your site to the new version: WPML 4.6.6 and String Translation 3.2.8 to see if it helps. Refer to the documentation https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#checking-for-updates

Hi,

I'm not sure what error is behind the migration process. But I've checked the test site on Cloudways again and it still works properly.
You can try to migrate your site again. If it is still not successful, please click on Open A Ticket button to ask them for more information (The error message says there are some errors occur on their end).

Meanwhile, can you please confirm that WPML plugins on your site are updated?
