This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are experiencing issues with WooCommerce orders when using WPML, specifically with an unexpected option to filter orders by language and discrepancies in the total order count when filtering by language.
Solution:
Firstly, it's important to note that WooCommerce does not typically include a language filtering option in the Orders section. If you're seeing this option, it might be due to a customization or a plugin that modifies the default WooCommerce behavior. We recommend checking your site for any such customizations or additional plugins that might be influencing this behavior. Additionally, for the discrepancies in order counts, ensure that all your translations are correctly configured and that there are no synchronization issues between the languages.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I am experiencing issues with WooCommerce orders when using WPML. I noticed an option to filter orders by language on the WooCommerce orders screen, which is not present on another installation. I am trying to understand if this is expected behavior. Additionally, I am seeing discrepancies in the total order count when filtering by language. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: [URL not provided].

Symptoms:
The total order count seems incorrect when viewing 'Processing' orders. The total says (10) across all languages, but filtering to 'Processing' shows (8) orders. When filtered by language, Greek shows (5) orders, and English shows (1) order.

Questions:
Is the language filtering option for WooCommerce orders expected behavior?
Why are there discrepancies in the order count when filtering by language?

Hi,

This wierd. There is no language filtering option in WooCommerce -> Orders.

Can you please send me a screenshot that demonstrates what you see?

Regards,
Itamar.

For some strange reason the post type "Orders" was set as translatable in WPML settings. We switched it to not translatable and it fixed both issues. Thank you for your time.
