I've added Translation Managers but the user can not translate the posts. "You don't have the right to translate from English to Portuguese" See the screen shot

Hi,
Thanks for contacting WPML support.

The translation managers can oversee everything related to the translation like adding translators, assigning translation jobs, and changing the translation settings.

To allow users to translate, you need to add them as Translator in WPML > Translation Management > Translators tab, and make sure they have all the required language pairs to translate this content.
