This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is unable to translate reviews on JetReviews as they do not show up with a '+' icon, nor in the string translation section.
Solution:
1. Navigate to WPML > Settings > Post Type Translation area.
2. Set "Jetreviews" to "Translatable" by selecting the middle checkbox/round box.
3. Save the changes.
4. Return to the page and refresh it; you should now see the '+' icon, allowing you to translate the reviews.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your case. If it doesn't resolve your issue, we recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
