We have built a multilingual site & wanted to translate there now the product pages from EN (base language) into the respective languages.
With the majority this has also worked very well, unfortunately there are problems with 5 languages.
We have released the pages of these languages via Translation Management for manual translation & then translated them via ATE.
Unfortunately, these are still partially displayed in the translation jobs as "in progress" or "not translated".
If we remove the pages from the translation jobs, they are displayed in the dashboard of the translation management as "not translated". If we go back to the ATE & check this there, the pages are 100% completed & after we confirm them there again, they end up back in the dashboard as "waiting for Translator" and are displayed in the jobs again.
The pages in the respective languages are not displayed on the website & can't be completed as "translated" due to this error.
The languages involved are as follows: Norwegian, Greek, Turkish, Serbian & Croatian.
Some of the pages in the languages, have worked, but some are not translated or translation is not completed so that they can be displayed on the page.
How can we fix this error?
I am happy to provide the login details, a stage page is not necessary as changes can be made on the live page.
Thanks for contacting WPML support. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your forthcoming response will remain confidential, accessible only to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
Sorry for the delays. I can't seem to access your Website using the credentials provided. Could you double check? I'm getting "Error: The password you entered for the username marcostief is incorrect"
