[Closed] Jobs sent to translation service have disappeared from jobs list

Background of the issue:
I've sent translation jobs to a translation service (Blend) and they received the jobs. However I received a timeout response from WPML saying that Blend timed out, and the jobs were therefore cancelled and no longer in the jobs list. Blend did receive the translation jobs successfully, but now I will not be able to retrieve the translations from the jobs list.

Symptoms:
The translator received the jobs, but the jobs all show as cancelled:

These should be the jobs I sent which disappeared from my jobs list. Another issue is that one of the jobs seems to have been sent twice. Screenshot attached showing the jobs in progress with the translator, and the duplicate job with a "2" next to the name.

Questions:
Can these jobs be changed to in-progress so that I can retrieve the translations when they're complete?

Please go to WPML->Support->Communication Log and share the log with me so I can better understand what might have caused this behavior.

Also, if you go to WPML → Translation Management and click the Check status and get translations button, are you able to receive them?
