Unfortunately it looks like the Adminer plugin won't work, I think it is probably not allowed from your hosting company. It won't allow me to login. So.... if you have access to the database via cpanel through your hosting company, you can check the tables for me. Let's check the icl_translations first and you can either screenshot me the columns/fields that are in there. Another option would be, I can set up a staging site on Cloudways and we can try migrating your site there, and I may be able to access the database there. |

Hi Lauren, it looks like this support portal won't allow me to upload a CSV file with the contents of the `wp_icl_translations` table, so I've attached a PNG screenshot as you requested. And there's a 1MB upload limit, which forced me to use a lower-res version of this screenshot. This `wp_icl_translations` table contains 800 rows, so let's see about getting you access to the database so that you can check all of the entries for for yourself. To connect to the database on our sites, I use MySQL Workbench, a free download here: Here's the db connection info that you'll need: If it helps, here's a walkthrough video that shows you how to use MySQL Workbench to connect to this test site database: hidden link (7m 32s) Two things to note: 1. If the test environment spins down and sleeps, the SQL connection won't work until you wake up the environment. To do so, just visit the URL in your website browser and wait 5 seconds. 2. Our databases are MariaDB, so the MySQL software will show a warning when you connect. You can safely ignore this warning because there's full compatibility between MariaDB and MySQL in this case. Please let me know how it goes today! |

If you run into any difficulty, may we schedule a Zoom meeting, and I'll help you to connect? Might save us both time and effort. |

If it helps and you want a walk-through of how to connect to the database, or anything else that might help, on Thursday I'm generally around during these times: * 8:30am ET - 1pm ET I might be able to reschedule the meetings in those gaps, 1pm-2pm ET and 3pm-4pm ET, with some advanced notice. People are eager to get this problem fixed because it's blocking our translation work, so people will understand if I ask them to reschedule meetings. I'll check my messages repeatedly between 8:30am ET and 9:30am, and if you haven't replied by then, I'll check my messages approximately every 40-60 minutes after that. |

Thanks, I have escalated this back to our 2nd tier support team so they can assist with troubleshooting. I'll update here once I have more information. |

Thank you. By any chance, does WPML offer any sort of priority support option that we might be able to sign up for? This translation sync problem is becoming critical for us because it's now blocking virtually all new translation work. Please let me know if there's a way that I might sign up to get additional resources / faster help with this issue, if at all possible. Thank you, |

Please see my previous private reply and let me know once the migration has been completed. Thanks! |

hidden link The migration is underway, and you can track progress at the link above. ... I'll see if I can deactivate Redis object caching on the "translation" test environment, and I'll let you know how it goes. That's the one type of cache that we can disable or enable ourselves on Pantheon's hosting. |

hidden link According to the migration status page, the migration is complete, but this might not be true. When I visit the new Cloudways test site, the homepage content is different than expected -- it's just stock content. If I attempt to visit another page such as /chainalysis-business-data/, a critical error appears: There has been a critical error on this website. hidden link And when I attempt to log into the Cloudways test site, at the URL below, the same critical error appears. The migration tool did not prompt me for the database username and database password, so this might be related. Or maybe you simply need to edit wp-config.php to enter the correct database name and password on Cloudways. I'm not sure. |

I was able to login, after enabling debug log I found the following: SO I renamed the mu-plugins folder for now. I can see your site content in the backend so it seems the migration worked. I'm going to continue testing there and I will update you as soon as I know more. |

EDIT: I see your latest comment about Cloudways. Thank you! hidden link (7m 18s) After the Cloudways site copy completed, I went back to the Pantheon site and deactivated the object cache, and also deactivated additional plugins: * ACFML But the problem persists, even when I try to translate new content that hasn't been translated in the past. You can see the problem in its current state in the video linked above. Please let me know if you have any questions. |

After furthing testing on the Cloudways site, I am not able to reproduce the issue there. There are no jobs stuck "in progress". Please feel free to use your login there and try to reproduce it and if you can, let me know so I can look at the page. I tested with Crypto Incidence Report translating to Japanese and everywhere I checked (Translation Jobs, Translations queue, Pages list) the translation shows as complete. Let me know what you find. |

FYI, I'm seeing some unexpected content changes on the Cloudways site, like the fact that the "Crypto Incident Response" page no longer has a primary language of English, and the fact that the primary URL changed to include "-2" at the end of the URL. There are a few other unexpected content changes on this Cloudways env, so I'll try this: 1. I'll create a fresh test environment named "wpml", and it'll include the latest content and code from our production site. 2. Then I'll deactivate plugins and switch to a stock theme again, and I'll see whether the communications error message is gone, and I'll try a new translation. 3. If there's still a problem, which there probably will be, I'll copy the site to Cloudways one more time, and try to exclude the mu-plugins folder if feasible. 4. If I can log into the updated Cloudways env, I'll try a test translation and see how it goes. |

Once you migrate the new site to Cloudways you will be able to login with the username from the test site that you create. Interesting about the Crypto Incident Response. Did you ever change the language of the page, or change the default language on the site? |
