DuroH	Background of the issue: On posts I don't have Language box. Posts are set to Translatable only show translated items and in three dots -> preferences -> Panels -> Language there is no language. I tried on two WordPress installations. Symptoms: Language box is missing on posts. Questions: Why is the Language box missing on posts? How can I enable the Language box on posts?

Background of the issue:
