Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I’ve visited your site and I can confirm that I can see the issue on the header language switcher and the footer language switcher shows all languages correctly.
1. I examined the source code of the header language switcher and it seems it’s coming from the active theme or some other plugin and not coming from WPML. Could you please try to use WPML Language Switcher from the WPML >> Languages page and see if this resolves your issue?
2. If your theme provides you the option to add content (for example a widget) or some code exactly on the position where you want to display the header language switcher, please try the below steps:
2.1. You can use the below code in PHP files to show a custom language switcher on a specific position:
I have added the provided shortcode. the dropdown is working correctly but when i switch the language it is not working. please can you check at urgent basis.
Thanks for trying the above steps. I just visited your site and I’m also unable to switch to the secondary language page and it’s redirecting me to the default language home page.
This type of issue usually happens when the pages are not translated into a secondary language or there is some redirection applied on a site.
To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.
Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
=== Please backup your database and website ===
✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.
