This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to set up a multi-language blog with geo-specific URLs like http://www.mysite.com/en_uk/, http://www.mysite.com/en_ie/, etc., but you can only select English and Italian.
Solution:
To achieve the desired URL format for different geo-specific languages using WPML, you need to add custom languages. We recommend you follow the steps in our documentation on adding custom Languages in WPML. Please note that having duplicate entries such as 'en_ca' twice is not possible.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, please check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need help, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I'm trying to have a multi-language blog, but not only divided by language but by geo. So the format I need is: hidden link, hidden link, hidden link, hidden link, hidden link, hidden link. I can only select English and Italian.

Symptoms:
It isn't clear how to achieve the desired URL format for different geo-specific languages.

Questions:
How can I achieve the desired URL format for different geo-specific languages using WPML?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support, I will gladly help you.

That can be done by adding custom languages, please check our documentation:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/editing-wpmls-languages-table/

In the example you shared, I noticed that you had 2 times the: hidden link which might not be possible.

Let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance.

Kind regards,
Marsel
